Welcome to EngCase. By accessing or using https://engcase.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EngCase (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENGCASE AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
